Meet Chante’ Chambers
Chanté Chambers is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Chambers North Star Consulting, LLC where leverages nearly two decades of experience. She serves as a strategic thought partner to leaders regarding talent strategy, DEI, organizational development, and increasing overall business effectiveness and impact. She has successfully helped organizations attract diverse and high-performing talent, increase retention rates, create and implement policies to ensure equity, develop and implement high-impact strategy aligned to key priorities, and accelerate the skills of staff members and executives to improve effectiveness and impact.
Working across a variety of sectors, she supports organizations and leaders nationally. Over the course of her career, Chanté has had the pleasure of serving as a classroom educator, teacher coach, recruiter and talent manager, diversity specialist, executive coach, and strategist in the traditional public school, charter school, non-profit, and mission-driven for-profit sectors. In addition to her unwavering commitment to excellence and results-orientation, she is equally inspired by opportunities to serve as a resource for others committed to developing a strong foundation of success rooted in cultural competency, DEI, and maximized impact.
Chante’ is passionately engaged in expanding life opportunities for ALL people and ensuring that professionals have the ability to thrive, especially those from marginalized communities. Moreover, she uses her passion to ignite others to follow a very similar path of leadership, advocacy, and transformational change. This is achieved through a myriad of services and support including strategic talent consulting; DEI development and consultation; intentional and personalized facilitation and training; and people coaching across all levels.
Chante’ is a proud native Washingtonian, graduate of DCPS, and an alumna of Spelman College. She loves nothing more than empowering youth, investing in people, supporting mission-driven work, spending time with family and friends, and raising her baby girl, Chloé Imani.
